Physical Therapy services are typically covered by your health insurance. We gladly handle the filing of claims with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We are a Medicare certified provider and are in-network with Blue Cross, Priority Health, Aetna, and most other carriers. Self-Pay
For patient without insurance and for those who have a high deductible, we offer a self-pay option. We offer a lower fixed rate for people who pay directly, because we avoid the hassles and extra costs associated with billing an insurance company. This makes things simpler and more efficient for both you and us, leading to the discounted rate for self-pay patients.
Price: $85 per session (Initial Evaluation is $125)
